The probation has also granted financial assistance for smaller NGOs, such as  Kris-Finland and Vankien omaiset VAO ry (Association for Inmates' Relatives) for development of the probation and after-care.

In 2008 the foundation granted financial assistance for the development of probation and after-care altogether 40 000 euros.
